Julia Riftine, M.D.
Dr. Julia Riftine graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada with a M.D. degree. She also holds a B.A. degree from Hunter College of The City University of New York. She did her residency training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY and St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Riftine is certified with The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a license to practice in New Jersey. She has extensive professional experience working as an Women's Health for Hackensack University Medical Center. She is also a mentor to St. George’s medical students.
Dr. Riftine is a member of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and The American Academy of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She is very active in her professional field. Her two research projects (Sonographic Characteristics of the Cervix after Cerclage and Glutathione Function in Skin Cancer) received wide recognition by her fellow physicians and scientists.
Julia is a Phi Beta Kappa and made Dean’s List numerous times from Hunter College. Dr. Riftine is fluent in English and Russian.
George A. Woroch, M.D.
George A. Woroch, M.D., a Board certified Women's Health physician, plays a very important role in Meadowlands Hospital’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He became Chief Resident in the latter half of his Women's Health residency program at Jersey City Medical Center. Dr. Woroch’s commitment to the bettering of women’s health extends beyond Meadowlands Hospital, with his working at his private practice as well.
