MHMC and HPAE have pledged to move forward as one unified organization
The management of Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center is pleased to make this announcement!
After several labor-management meetings, HPAE and MHMC have agreed to be steadfast in their commitment to succeed and survive well into the next century together.
In celebration of this promise, MHMC has extended FREE FOOD to all HPAE members, as well as the EMPLOYEE TRIPS. HPAE endorses both. These are benefits which are well appreciated by the staff, especially in this economy.
As one large family, HPAE and MHMC may at times still squabble. Families sometimes do, but both MHMC and HPAE are unwavering in their pact to deal with each other appropriately, respectfully and with an ironclad resolve to succeed as one, without harm to each other.
It is no secret that both HPAE and MHMC are devoted to safe patient care. They have shared that from the beginning. It is time to move forward optimistically, and positively. Our patients deserve our very best.
MHMC and HPAE are looking forward to a joyous holiday season, a successful 5K run and many other initiatives to bring happiness into our employee’s lives.
