MHMC Sponsors Lunch

15 September 2011

In mid September 2011, the NJ EMS Task Force formally revealed their biggest project – the Passenger Rail Security Plan covering EMS responses to disasters on the region’s major transportation systems. Officials from the New Jersey EMS Task Force, County Emergency Management EMS Coordinators, municipal EMS agencies, NJ Office of Homeland Security, New Jersey State Police, and transportation agencies from around the region, gathered to witness the historic moment.

The document, which includes the EMS Response Plans for a variety of man-made or natural disasters affecting the transportation system, was formally signed around 12:00 pm at Secaucus Junction Station.

MHMC proudly sponsored this event by providing lunch to the participants and agency officials. Our professional kitchen staff served a variety of cold-cut sandwiches, home-made oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies, fruits and non-alcohol beverages.
